Between hiking, admiring, photographing, and even some swimming, this outdoor adventure is sure to be a blast!

  1. Falls of Lana

AllTrails/David Ors Located in the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area in Salisbury, the Falls of Lana are impressive. Sucker Brook drops over 100 feet to create fantastic horsetails and cascades. The hike to the base of the upper falls is 0.7 miles and will take about 30 minutes and is worth every step. You can choose to hike the full Falls of Lana Trail to ascend to a breathtaking overlook with super views of Lake Dunmore and the Champlain Valley. The full trail is a four-mile loop. When the water is flowing slowly to moderately, you can actually walk behind the 15-foot waterfall getting a whole new perspective as the rushing water drowns out all of the surrounding sounds.
