Although Louisiana may not be known for BBQ, that doesn’t stop these talented pitmasters from serving some of the best BBQ in Louisiana. Gas up the car, because this road trip will take you to some of the best hole-in-the-wall BBQ joints in Louisiana.

To keep the road trip at a reasonable length, we’ve limited the area to the Greater Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.
