The restaurant became a longtime favorite in the Green Bay area. It was first opened by Al Rank. He operated the restaurant for five decades before his son took over. New owners took the helm in 2016, and they preserved the celebrated restaurant.

The restaurant’s menu has items that have been served for a long time, as well as some newer arrivals. The Tailgate Burger includes a ground beef patty, a whole bratwurst, multiple Wisconsin cheeses, German brown mustard, and sautéed onion. It’s a huge burger!
