Activities begin Friday and include the Monster Winterfest Social. Here, you can register for some of Saturday’s events and enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities. That evening is also the Monster Taste of Bear Lake, a delicious event for foodies.
Saturday is packed with things to do from morning to night. Throughout the day, you can participate in events such as the Winterfest Village Market and food trucks, a chili cook-off, and the Monster 5K Run and Walk.

One of the most popular activities is the Monster Cardboard Boat Regatta.

All participants will build their best cardboard boat, hop in, and race on the lake. If interested, make sure to sign up early as only 30 vessels are allowed to enter.

And while there are many additional activities throughout the day, the event that many people come to enjoy is the Monster Plunge. During this activity, you’ll have an experience of a lifetime as you jump into the frigid lake to help raise funds for a charity located in Garden City.
