We have no doubt that Compass Rose would have pulled out all the stops for its very first Christmas no matter what the circumstance, but the owners had an even better reason to deck the halls this year…

The lodge was decked out inside, too, in order to prepare for the scenes throughout the film.

Owners Jeff and Bonnie Hyde are always excellent hosts, so we’re certain that they welcomed everyone with open arms.

We can only imagine how difficult it must have been to accommodate an entire film crew while still trying to run the lodge and enjoy a bit of privacy now and then!

Obviously, it was all worth it, because when the crew called “It’s a wrap!” everyone at the lodge was proud and excited to see the film. You’re going to want to see it too, so you can catch some views of the lodge and the Ogden Valley.
