As if you needed another reason to love this special event, the hotel is also home to the annual gingerbread village, which is expertly crafted and billed as being the largest gingerbread display in the region. The “Gingerbread Chateau”, shown here, stands ten feet tall, and the gingerbread itself is lovely crafted using The Broadmoor pastry chefs’ own recipe.
