As you might notice, the building proudly displays itself as the home of a “Silver Butter Knife” steak. Murray’s 28-ounce strip sirloin received this award in 1951 and has sold many a steak since. With plenty of locally sourced ingredients and food made fresh, the recipe for Murray’s success is written right in the book in Marie’s handwriting.
