This meteor shower is incredible and, at some points, you may be able to see as many as 100 meteors shooting across the sky per hour! The Geminid meteor shower is usually the strongest meteor shower of the year. This year, it begins on November 19th and goes until December 24th.

This is one of the best meteor showers to try to view because it is so active. At the peak of it on December 13th (going into the 14th), you may be able to see as many as 100 to 150 meteors per hour if you go somewhere where it’s dark enough.
