Drive a mile through the fairgrounds where you see over 70 light displays towering over the snow and ice.

Enjoy your drive with the radio blasting holiday tunes.

Brenda Henry / Google Maps The holiday music will be broadcasted directly to your radio, so you can enjoy the show perfectly synced up to the light displays. You’ll want to enjoy the show from your car, as you’re not allowed to exit the vehicle once you start your drive.

After the drive through the entire fair, don’t forget to stop off at The Christmas Factory on the fairgrounds.

Alaska State Fair website Tour Santa’s workshop, deliver a personalized letter to Santa’s mailbox, and get a peek into the elf wrapping room. Don’t forget to power up Santa’s sleigh and enjoy a treat in Mrs. Claus’ bakery! If you’re lucky you’ll see Santa himself.

After November 23rd, prices start at $25.00 per personal vehicle. Each ticket is good for one trip through the fairgrounds.

The light display is open from Thanksgiving through December 11th on Thursday through Sundays.
