The river winds its way through a deep canyon, and along the way, it passes by a number of waterfalls, including the famous Multnomah Falls. There are many great places to enjoy the view, but for the best experience, you should head to Crown Point. From there, you can see both the river and the falls from above, and on a clear day, you may even be able to see all the way to Mount Hood.
