Located in Gallup, New Mexico, about two hours west of Albuquerque, you will find the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market. It is one of the largest Native American markets in the United States and has been operating for more than 25 years.

This special flea market sees as many as 10,000 visitors each week. And those visitors will find more than 500 vendors. The flea market is an important community centerpiece and economic driver for the Native American tribes in the area.

Visitors will find a unique and diverse selection of items for sale at the Gallup market. There is a great selection of Native American made silver and turquoise jewelry, pottery, artwork, wood and stone carvings, and more.

But the market isn’t just about selling wares. There are delicious Navajo, Zuni, Acoma pueblo, and Mexican traditional foods and beverages here too. Try bread baked in wood-fired horn ovens, roasted corn, or even roast mutton and fry bread.
