Each year more than 100,000 people head to the edge of San Diego Bay to take in the most spectacular seasonal display in the area.

The procession begins at Shelter Island and makes its way down the water, passing Harbor Island, The Embarcadero and Seaport Village before turning at the Pier at Cesar Chavez Park and passing Ferry Landing on Coronado.

The entire parade takes anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to pass each point on the route.
