We’ve put together a little road trip that’s big on beauty. You can easily complete this trek in a few hours, but we recommend making a full day trip out of it.

You can conceivably complete this road trip in a single day (but you might want to make it over a few days). Drive time is just two hours as you cover more than 65 miles. - Sakonnet Point, Little Compton

Sakonnet Point is the southern most point in Little Compton, offering sweeping ocean views (and quite possibly some bird sightings). You might notice several rocky islands just off the point as well. - Purgatory Chasm, Middletown

The entire trek takes around two to three hours to walk, but if you don’t have the time, you can always park the car and walk a mile down the picturesque path. - Beavertail State Park, Jamestown

The Point Judith Lighthouse is located on the west side of the entrance to Narragansett Bay, and the present lighthouse dates all the way back to 1856.
