The holiday season is here and the anticipation of Santa’s arrival has filled the air. And if you’ve ever wondered about the magical reindeer that pull his sled around the world each year, there’s a whimsical attraction you must visit. Snowman’s Reindeer Farm in Illinois is home to several of Santa’s reindeer and a whole host of fun activities. This may become the highlight of your holiday season!
It all started in 2015 with just two reindeer. Today, this farm, owned by Scott and Tracy Snowman (yes, that’s their real last name!), has a herd of nine reindeer.

With a name like Snowman, it’s not surprising the owners have a reindeer farm that shows off their love for the Christmas season.

With the addition of several attractions on the farm, including the Little Reindeer Railway, it’s the perfect destination for some family-friendly holiday fun!

There’s nothing like a visit with Santa’s very own reindeer who live here at Snowman’s Reindeer Farm! You can see them at the heated Main Reindeer Barn, Farmer Scott’s Antler Shanty, Sugar Plum Pavilion, and the Alaskan Reindeer Pavilion.

Santa’s reindeer are quite friendly and love interacting with people. Visitors can pet and feed the animals, including the two miniature donkeys named Jingle and Jangle.

Santa will visit the farm in November and December; he has to get all of his reindeer prepped for the big day! Children are invited to meet and take pictures with Santa in the Holly Jolly Barn. (Don’t forget your camera!)
