Each of these forgotten destinations has so many stories to tell and there’s definitely a sadness that comes along with them. Many people are downright obsessed with exploring abandoned places and we found some fantastic footage taken by one of them. WallieB26 shares his adventures on Youtube and one of his favorite places to visit are former Ames Department Stores. This particular abandoned Ames Department Store in Kentucky is located in Radcliff and you won’t believe what’s hiding inside.
Redmar Plaza in Radcliff was once the most popular place to shop in the area, but it now stands empty.

This store and the other sections of the strip mall have been vacant for some years, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t still filled to the brim with their past lives.

You wouldn’t want to explore it for many reasons, but one of them is that it is quite literally raining inside and the building and everything inside is covered with mold.

There are toys, collectibles (the space was once a flea market), old computers, and so much more.
