The owners of the Christmas Cottage, Tony Nichter and Derin Fetz, live on the property. They’ve always enjoyed extravagantly decorating their home for the holidays, so they decided to convert an empty shed on their property into a Christmas store, and that’s how the Christmas Cottage came to be.
