The Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company story starts in 1867, when the brewery was founded by Prussian immigrant Jacob Mathias and John Miller.

Today the brewery is the seventh-oldest brewery in the United States and it’s the oldest business in Chippewa Falls. It operates as a subsidiary of the international company Molson Coors.

The Leinie Lodge is a facility on site that greets beer lovers as they arrive. You can take a tour of the brewery and sample some of the brewery’s offerings at the bar in the lodge. You may even meet Jake Leinenkugel, the company’s former president.
