The Newport Winter Festival is an annual event in Vermont that’s held in Gardner Park. During this jam-packed day of play, you and your family will have plenty to do. Some highlights include entering an ice sculpture contest, going on a scavenger hunt, snowmobiling, putting on your own ice skating routine, and sledding. And, if you stay until the end of the festival, you’ll get to enjoy a stunning fireworks display over Lake Memphremagog. This is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
