This concept was dreamed up by Handsome Boys Hospitality (the same guys who brought us the Spirits Pop-Up Halloween Bar and Con Safos Mexican party bar.) Casey Jones boasts subtle (and not-so-subtle) nods to the original Turtles, including a giant mural, comic strips on the bar, and character-inspired fare.
Flickr/Chris Harrison WIth so many themed restaurants in Denver, this Ninja Turtle Bar is a welcome addition!
Named for the turtle’s hockey mask-wearing friend, Casey Jones serves delicious TMNT cocktails (a la Bebop and Rocksteady), plus beer, wine, and other liquor.

What kind of food is served at Casey Jones? Why, gigantic $3 slices of New York-style pizza, of course!
Flickr/Matt Refghi It’s the perfect addition to this themed restaurant in Denver.
In an interview with the Denver Post, owner Josh Schmitz, who loves this restaurant venture so much that he even trademarked the name Casey Jones, says he is in it for the long run. He even signed a 9-year lease on the 3,200-square-foot space.
