Minnesota may not be known as a hotspot for great BBQ. But that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be. Throughout the state – including far from the metro region – the Land of 10,000 Lakes has great restaurants that BBQ fans don’t want to miss. One of our favorites is in the small Minnesota town of Ironton. This restaurant may look a bit like a ramshackle shack, but it serves some of the best BBQ around. Take a look:
