Linda Schulte started Valley Fudge & Candy after retiring from a corporate life. She brought some fudge to a craft fair, it was a big hit, and the rest was history.

There’s a secret to Valley Fudge & Candy’s success, and it’s grazing in fields not far from the company. Local dairy cows produce butter for Westby Cooperative Creamery and that creamy butter goes into every batch of fudge. According to the owners, it makes a big difference!
