Ice Castles got its start right here in Utah when Brent Christensen built a little ice cave in his front yard for his kids.

The ice castles are made completely by hand. Every day, 5,000-12,000 icicles are grown, then are added into the ice formations. As many as 40 ice artisans create this masterpiece every year!

To see the ice castles, book your ticket online in advance. Stand By tickets are available in limited numbers, but there’s a possibility you won’t get in if you just show up.
